یٰۤاِبْرٰهِیْمُ اَعْرِضْ عَنْ هٰذَا١ۚ اِنَّهٗ قَدْ جَآءَ اَمْرُ رَبِّكَ١ۚ وَ اِنَّهُمْ اٰتِیْهِمْ عَذَابٌ غَیْرُ مَرْدُوْدٍ ۷۶
ARABIC
(آخر کار ہمارے فرشتوں نے اس سے کہا) "اے ابراہیمؑ، اس سے باز آ جاؤ، تمہارے رب کا حکم ہو چکا ہے اور اب ان لوگوں پر وہ عذاب آکر رہے گا جو کسی کے پھیرے نہیں پھر سکتا"

Thereupon (Our angels) said to him: 'O Abraham! Desist from this, for indeed your Lord's command has come; and a chastisement which cannot be averted is about to befall them.' words literally suggest; the purpose is merely to express a sense of wonder.
