وَ لَوْ بَسَطَ اللّٰهُ الرِّزْقَ لِعِبَادِهٖ لَبَغَوْا فِی الْاَرْضِ وَ لٰكِنْ یُّنَزِّلُ بِقَدَرٍ مَّا یَشَآءُ١ؕ اِنَّهٗ بِعِبَادِهٖ خَبِیْرٌۢ بَصِیْرٌ ۲۷
اگر اللہ اپنے سب بندوں کو کھلا رزق دے دیتا تو وہ زمین میں سرکشی کا طوفان برپا کر دیتے، مگر وہ ایک حساب سے جتنا چاہتا ہے نازل کرتا ہے، یقیناً وہ اپنے بندوں سے با خبر ہے اور اُن پر نگاہ رکھتا ہے
URDU TRANSLATION
If Allah were to grant ample sustenance to His servants they would go about transgressing in the land. But He sends down in due measure whatever (sustenance) He wills. Surely He is Well-Aware and All-Seeing concerning matters that relate to His servants.
