وَ قَالُوْا هٰذِهٖۤ اَنْعَامٌ وَّ حَرْثٌ حِجْرٌ١ۖۗ لَّا یَطْعَمُهَاۤ اِلَّا مَنْ نَّشَآءُ بِزَعْمِهِمْ وَ اَنْعَامٌ حُرِّمَتْ ظُهُوْرُهَا وَ اَنْعَامٌ لَّا یَذْكُرُوْنَ اسْمَ اللّٰهِ عَلَیْهَا افْتِرَآءً عَلَیْهِ١ؕ سَیَجْزِیْهِمْ بِمَا كَانُوْا یَفْتَرُوْنَ ۱۳۸
کہتے ہیں یہ جانور اور یہ کھیت محفوظ ہیں، ا نہیں صرف وہی لوگ کھا سکتے ہیں جنہیں ہم کھلانا چاہیں، حالانکہ یہ پابندی ان کی خود ساختہ ہے پھر کچھ جانور ہیں جن پر سواری اور بار برداری حرام کر دی گئی ہے اور کچھ جانور ہیں جن پر اللہ کا نام نہیں لیتے، اور یہ سب کچھ انہوں نے اللہ پر افترا کیا ہے، عنقریب اللہ انہیں ان افترا پرداز یوں کا بدلہ دے گا
They say: 'These animals and these crops are sacrosanct: none may eat of them save those whom we will' - imposing interdictions of their own contriving. And they declare that it is forbidden to burden the backs of certain cattle, and these are the cattle over which they do not pronounce the name of Allah. All these are false fabrications against Allah, and He will soon requite them for all that they fabricate.
