وَ لَا تَاْكُلُوْا مِمَّا لَمْ یُذْكَرِ اسْمُ اللّٰهِ عَلَیْهِ وَ اِنَّهٗ لَفِسْقٌ١ؕ وَ اِنَّ الشَّیٰطِیْنَ لَیُوْحُوْنَ اِلٰۤى اَوْلِیٰٓئِهِمْ لِیُجَادِلُوْكُمْ١ۚ وَ اِنْ اَطَعْتُمُوْهُمْ اِنَّكُمْ لَمُشْرِكُوْنَ۠ ۱۲۱
اور جس جانور کو اللہ کا نام لے کر ذبح نہ کیا گیا ہو اس کا گوشت نہ کھاؤ، ایسا کرنا فسق ہے شیاطین اپنے ساتھیوں کے دلوں میں شکوک و اعتراضات القا کرتے ہیں تاکہ وہ تم سے جھگڑا کریں لیکن اگر تم نے اُن کی اطاعت قبول کر لی تو یقیناً تم مشرک ہو
Do not eat of (the animal) over which the name of Allah has not been pronounced (at the time of its slaughtering), for that is a transgression. And behold, the evil ones do inspire doubts and objections into the hearts of their friends so that they dispute with you; but if you obey them, you will surely yourselves turn into those who associate others with Allah in His divinity.
